Galaxy WatchHi everyone,
I'm having an issue with WhatsApp on my Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra. When I open the app, it loads normally but closes by itself after a few seconds.
I've already tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, doing a factory reset, and even using previous versions of WhatsApp, but nothing works.
This problem started right after I formatted my watch.
Is anyone else experiencing this or knows how to fix it?

Galaxy Watch@RomarioCamilo I've never really used WhatsApp on my GW Ultra (2024). I gave it a try and it seems to be working fine.
What do you mean when you say that you formatted your watch?
Have you tried powering the watch off and on?
Have you tried resetting the watch?

I've already tried several steps:
Reinstalled the WhatsApp app
Did a factory reset through the watch settings
Performed a hard reset via boot mode
Wiped the cache partition via boot
Unfortunately, none of these worked. WhatsApp still closes just a few seconds after I open it on my Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Is there any way I can share a video here in the community to show exactly what's happening?
