Galaxy WatchI’m not seeing notifications for phone calls on my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. My wife is experiencing the same issue with her Galaxy Watch 6. We both have a Pixel 6 Pro. When I click on the watch' button while someone is calling me, I see that I'm receiving a call, so the connection with the phone is working, and the Phone app is sending notifications—it’s not completely blocked.
The watch just doesn't wake up, doesn't vibrate and makes no sound when receiving phone calls. Strangely, it does when receiving notifications for missed calls. On the “missed call” notification, it says “Silent mode is on,” but it is not.
I’ve already reset my watch to factory settings, but that didn’t help (without using backup of course). Additionally, I’ve installed all updates for the app, reinstalled the app, updated my phone (Android 15). I've also installed the latest update on my watch: R950XXU1BXL2
Samsung asked me to send a bug report, but I can't install the Members app on a Pixel phone. So I can't send a bug report. Now they say they can't help me.
