Watch Ultra Notification Icon

My Galaxy Watch Ultra is not showing the orange dot notification icon. I have checked all settings and it seems to be activated. Anyone else having the same issue? I'm using the ultra info board watch face of that helps

In the Wearable app, open Watch Settings >Notifications >Advanced Notification Settings >New notification indicator on watch face and turn it on.
