Watch 8 not charging past a few percent before stopping.

New watch 8 first charge wouldn't go above 70% even leaving it on the charger for about a half hour. Then today, I tried again and it would not go above 66% despite sitting on the charger for an hour.

Try a factory reset first. If that doesn't work return the watch
