I went to bluetootth in watch and I see my phone as visible but not as connected. Is this how is suppose to work? Somebody having the same issue.

Hello, thanks for reaching out about this. I can certainly understand how frustrating it is for the Watch 7 Ultra to not have calling capabilities when connected to your phone's Bluetooth and visible. Since there is no LTE connection to consider, do what @realaud suggested. This guide also has steps to try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003245/

If the previous troubleshooting is ineffective, it may be time to try a reset on the watch. This guide will walk you through the steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If the reset did not help, submit an error report via the Wearables app: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/raise-error-report-on-galaxy-wearable-app/
Also, if the troubleshooting is not helpful, the watch may need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the watch to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung  or to ship the watch in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
