So im super confused cuz the other night I let my watch charge while taking a shower, it even finished to 100% bout an hour after, u know just to let it charge. But when I went to put it on the next day for work it was literally dead, said 4% charge. It def should've been like at least 85% when I put it on but was dead. I did charge it back up but not using it cuz I dont need it at the moment, it does seem to be fine now but is there any answers out there or anyone else experience anything similar or sum. Idk im just seriously confused.

I've has a battery drain before after an update. I just powered down my watch for a few minutes and it was good after that.

I completely agree with u that works but im still confused because (let me explain lol) but when I put my watch on the charger it was already dead meaning its been shutoff for a good day lol. Then when I put it on after I charged it, to get ready for work it was at 4% lol already practically dead, I want @Samsung to tell me themselves lol😂

"I want @Samsung to tell me themselves lol 😂"

This is a forum where Samsung users attempt to assist other Samsung users with their Samsung products and services. While we do have some moderators here, their main function is to police community policy infractions.

Your suggestion would be better provided to Samsung by accessing the 'Send Feedback' form in this app. Go back to the main page, tap the 'Support' tab, then, under 'Quick Help', tap 'Send Feedback'.

That said, you will most likely not get a response from Samsung unless they need further information. They do not have the manpower or time to respond to each and every post, but be assured, your feedback will be provided to the appropriate Samsung team.

You may not have had it seated on the puck correctly. Even being a little off kilter can cause it not to charge. I have my charging puck connected to a USB port on my computer, which is always on. We have power glitches. If my computer turns off during one of the glitches, it does not automatically restart, so if I don't realize it's off, my watch does not charge.

Even with the charger you are using, if the core is not seated directly in the middle of the charger, if may not properly charge.  I've had situations where it was off by a tiny fraction of an inch and not getting full benefit of the power.  I also make sure that both the charging puck and the watch back is clean of skin cells and skin oils by wiping both with a microfiber cloth when I remove the watch from my wrist.

Since your watch has returned to normal charging it could have been any of the above or just a momentary glitch.

So weird cause the other day, the same thing happened to me basically. I wear my watch all day and charge it at night, that's my routine. I always, always, make sure it is charging when I place it on the charger. But it would of been above 60% when I put it on the charger and so the next day I put it on my wrist and went on about my day. When I got to work I heard a noise I never have before which was my watch battery telling me it's low low lol. I looked and it was at 5% . That's not normal. Even if somehow i didn't charge it overnight, it still should of been above 50% at least. Idk but just weird because that would of been the same day you experienced this. Ftr, I have a galaxy watch ultra.
