Unable to Install Amazon Music and Audible Simultaneously

For some reason I am unable to install both Audible and Amazon Music on my Watch 8. I can install either one by itself but not both. 

 
If I have Audible installed and then try to install Amazon Music, the install fails. If I uninstall Audible I can install Amazon Music with out issue. 
 
If I have Amazon Music installed and the try to install Audible, the install fails. If I uninstall Amazon Music I can install Audible wirhout issue.
 
I tried this again after resetting the watch and got the same results.Then I contacted Amazon support and, of course, thay claimed its not their problem and that I should contact Samsung about the issue. And I'm pretty sure if I contact Sansung they'll tell me its Amazon's problem.
 
Has anyone else experienced this problem or have an idea how to solve it?

I only have the Samsung Music player on my watch, because I loaded my own music. I have Spotify installed, but don't use it. Is Spotify on your watch? It may be that the watch only wants one streaming music service. Of course, this theory goes out the window if Spotify is present and you can install either of the other two. It could just be that the two apps conflict with one another in some way. You may have to make a choice as to which one you want. In the meantime, you can subnit an error report to Samsung.

BTW, when you are connected to  your phone, you should still be able to listen to either one through the watch even if the app is not installed, it's a problem when you are out and about without  your phone, though.

Kudos to Samsung support 👏 They looked into the problem and identified the error, it turns out it is an Amazon problem. I forwarded the specific error info to Amazon. Hopefully, it will be addressed in the next update.

I have had the same problem. And I also figured it to be an Amazon problem. The only thing is Amazon tech support lazy and rather unhelpful.

Yes, it seems they are unwilling to acknowledge defects in their software. I had another issue with Amazon Music and also tried to push it off as a Samsung issue. Strangely enough (insert sarcastic tone here) the app was updated a few days later and the issue was resolved.

After two go-rounds with Audible support I got exactly nowhere. Rather than acknowledging the error and correcting it their current position is that Audible isn't fully supported on Samsung 8 series watches.

Lazy and unhelpful doesn't begin to describe it.

I am having the exact same problem. Every time I did a factory reset, it would only let me install one. I should have been smart like you and just tried uninstalling one and then installing the other, but it will not let me install both. In my day one, battery life is horrible. I'm having to charge this watch for the third time the first day.

Somebody please comment whenever they find a fix for this.

With my Samsung 8 LTE, I have been working on this for 3 days Can anybody help?  I called Amazon and Audible no answer, the tech guy actually said, this is the first he's ever heard of this problem. Im so frustrated knowing that amazon music and audible are the top apps for millions of people.And i'm sure half of those people have the samsung, 8 watch that want to listen to audible books, and And music.
