Galaxy Watchā
Hi there, I recently purchased the Galaxy Watch6 Classic and despite the fact that the silver looks cheap and ugly, I'm mostly happy with the watch, although a few days ago it started producing an error when I try to measure my body composition.
The second I put my two nominated fingers on the buttons/sensors it immediately says 'there is a problem with the sensors. Contact customer support.
The watch has no problem measuring anything else, it's just the body composition feature which worked just fine until a few days ago.
To be clear, the rear of the watch is clean and unobstructed. The contact with my wrist is perfect and my fingers have no oil or other substances that should negatively impact on their contact with the button/sensors. I do not have a fake tan or anything else to consider. I have the latest software update... Which might be related to this issue as it updated around the same time that the error first appeared.
Assistant would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Galaxy WatchI have just been online with Samsung support chat and have been given some advice which I will attach, also the more people that report the issue it then becomes a common issue which pushes through software fixes
