Do you have your workout data screens configured with the info you want? The info is there, but you have to configure the data you want to show and for the voice guide to read. Perhaps you are not scrolling to data screen 2, where it is by default. You can put it on data screen 1. Go to the exercise on your watch, and tap the settings. Scroll down to workout screen, tap it and turn the data screens on and configure them with the info you want to show
