Range of wrist sizes hybrid bands cover

I see the hybrid bands for the GW8 have size listed as "s/m/l". But I can't find a statement of the smallest and largest wrist sizes that means. 

They have a number of holes like a classic watchband. I want to know, if I used the first hole, how long will that be. And I want the same for the last hole.

It's very rare to able to get a small on Samsung's website. They must not like people (mostly WOMEN) with small wrists. It's infuriating!
