Missing Messages Complication

Had an option to add Messages as a complication when I first bought the watch. Messed around with some setting and it went missing. I've reset the watch multiple times and even contacted support and they can help me. Really kinda annoyed and not sure what to do now.

Yea. I think it's just weird thst it was there as an option in Basic and now it's not

Can you tell me the name of the watch face or show me a screen shot? To take a screen shot on the watch press the home and backbuttons simultaneously - the picture will appear in the phone's gallery.

Hmmmmm weird. Mine doesn't.

That is weird. Doesn't show up in any complication field?

Nope. Not for any of my watch faces. It did when I first bought the watch last week. Now it doesn't.

I don't really think this will help, but you can try deleting the watch's cache partition. Or clearing the cache from the wearable app and the watch manager.

How do I do that?

Start with the easy ones first and see if that helps. To clear an app's cache go to settings/apps. Find the wear app (Galaxy wearable), tap to open the app settings snd scroll to storage. Tap "clear cache" on the bottom of the screen. The go back and locate watch (7 or ultra) manager and do the same. Then reboot the watch and see if the option returned. If it has you don't have to clear the watch cache partition.
