How do I edit the swimming pool length on my Galaxy Watch 7?

I just bought a watch 7 and I'm doing lane swimming every day. I'm hoping that the new watch can record my swimming, but when I try to set up swimming pool length I couldn't find out how to do it. Could anybody show me how?

Open the watch, navigate to either the exercise tile (if you added it) or to the health app/workout tab.  Rotate to the swim exercise.  Under the exercise will be a settings gear.  Tap the gear and scroll down to Pool Length. Tap that and enter the length of the pool in meters or yards.  The minimum is 25 yards/meters.
