Galaxy WatchI bought the watch 8 a couple of days ago, and for the first two days everything worked fine. Then I started noticing that the heart rate monitoring would periodically freeze at a certain value and stop updating for 5โ20 minutes.
Continuous heart rate measurement is enabled in the settings, and stress measurement is set to manual only. I noticed that the issue most often occurs after finishing a workout in the Samsung Health app, after taking the watch off and putting it back on. In some cases, heart rate measurement stops while standing, but resumes again when I sit down or lie down.
There are no such issues during workout mode. Rebooting the watch and cleaning the sensors does not help. Adjusting the band fit (tightening or loosening the strap) does not resolve the issue either. The problem resolves itself after some time but may reappear later.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
The watch is running One UI Watch 8.
