Galaxy Watch

Hello,

I am thinking of purchasing a Galaxy watch 4 classic from CEX (a UK used technology retailer), I have a Google Pixel phone, would I be able to use Google Pay on the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic to pay for items instead of using the Google Pay on my phone.

I have tried researching it but I seem to be getting mixed responses.

Can somebody help me?

What do you mean, do you mean that as it is used the battery might not last as long?

The watch 4 is at least 5 years old now.  Depending on how it was used by the previous owner and how many charge cycles it's been through, battery life would be waning about now.  You should get at least 24 hours out of a charge, depending on if it's LTE or BT only.  If you get less than 12, the battery is dying, but if you don't mind charging twice a day, it would be usable for awhile.  You'd certainly get your £45 out of it.  By then you may be in a better position for an upgrade.

I only intend to wear it between roughly 6am-7pm so it should probably be fine, I would probably charge it in the early morning and evening. It would be the LTE version (it is the only one in stock at the moment) but I don't intend to the use the LTE function, only the BT and GPS. If the battery is really bad I will return it, for items brought in store and online you have 14 days to initiate a return so that should be enough time to know.
