Galaxy watch 8

Can someone help me my watch 8 that I just got did an update yesterday and I went to put it on this morning and I can't put in my unlock code or fo anything on it I tried to reset it but when it brings the power button down to tap in it's like nothing I tap on the screen works. I've had the watch 3 days and haven't damaged in any way

If you press and hold both buttons for about 30 seconds, the watch will force reboot.  This may clear up whatever issue you are having.  If you are quick enough, during the reboot process you can enter recovery mode to reset the watch, but you may not have to do that if the force reboot clears up your problem.

To add to this, you must start tapping the top button when the screen goes black.

I have blo ked a few apps I don't know how I did it but I'm worried I **bleep** up my phone. How can I get help knowing if they were blo ked by samsung or me and how can I fix if it needs unblocking? Tried to uninstall and reinstall= did nothing ? Help somebody?
