@I put my watch on the charger, when it was done I put it on and went to check a message, it asked me for a pin number that I never setup. How can I unlock my watch or turn off the pin number?
AFAIK, there isn't a default pin and setting one is part of the setup process for the watch. If you don't set one then it shouldn't need entry to unlock the watch, though it might require you press the tick button without entering any numbers to achieve that.
If that doesn't unlock it you'll probably have to do a factory reset of the watch and setup everything again. I think you can do that with the Wearable app on the phone or tablet that pairs with the watch, plus there's a physical button combination on the watch that will do it but I don't remember it, the support web site or watch manual probably has the factory reset button combination.
