Are you using the original charging puck that came with the watch? Some aftermarket pucks can be a little slow on the topping off. The cheap puck I use for traveling does that, seemingly stays at 97% forever, but I noticed if I let it sit for at least an hour longer, it gets to the top. To me, 97% is as good as a full charge and will not make a significant difference in uptime (maybe an hour). If it's the original puck, are you plugging it into an older charging block?
