Galaxy Watch no longer boots into software

I stopped using my watch for maybe a year and a half or 2 years and I decided to use it again. After charging it and trying to turn it on it just prompts this. Has this happened to anyone else and if so was it fixable?

Which watch? Is that a Watch 2? Support for Tizen watches has ended, so any watch below the 4 will not work.
