Sorry but would be your watch or phone picking up the snoring since the ring has no microphone to capture audio.

Sorry, but no the only way is to turn off snore detection since the phone or watch can't distinguish who is snoring it only listening for the sound only.

Your welcome, if you say you don't snore I would simply toggle off snore detection and save battery power.
