Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask if anyone here has faced issues with measurements on the GW7U. Since I bought it, I've been getting very unstable readings - especially for heart rate. Sometimes it shows extremely high or very low values that don't make sense. Even my doctor told me that some of these results are definitely not correct.

Has anyone else experienced this problem before? If so, how did you deal with it?

Thanks in advance!

My guess is something is causing the sensors to not capture information correctly. This could be as simple as the watch is either too loose or too tight on your wrist. Another contributing factor, do you have any tattoos your wrist where the watch normally is worn? NU1P

In addition to what Oxford suggested, you can run a diagnostic on the watch sensors. Diagnostics can be found in the support tab of the Members app. Also, make sure the watch back is clean of skin oils. I clean with a microfiber cloth when I take it off to charge. If you have a lot of dark hair on your arm, the watch also may not be making proper contact with your skin or the sensors can't penetrate. In that case, it might be desirable to shave the area.
