Galaxy Watch Ultra/7 freezes during workout after last upgrade

After the last update the screen stops updating and will go blank during updates. It takes several seconds after turning wrist for it to come back. IF you press button or tap screen it comes back. Basically, made the watch useless during the workout. I want to roll back update or get a fix from Samsung. I have also seem multiple other threads on reddit and other forums with same complaint.

I can confirm that I have previously submitted issues, gotten a reply, and an update does come out with a fix. They are just... kinda slow

I am having the same issue as well, nothing i do fixes it.

Same exact issue. Makes real time monitoring of run or walk progress impossible annoying.

Turning off aod partialy solves the problem. You just need to wait for 1 second after you turn the wrist, instead of 3-4 it takes with aod on

Hello, I am having the same issue after the watch update that i installed yesterday. I can pick any workout and the time and heartrate will freeze and whenever i put my hands down the always on display turns of (although i have it set to on in the main settings and in the workout settings).

Same problem, AOD either goes black or freezes and doesn't show real time data until waking the screen. The GPS trackibg accuracy was also terrible after the update, hoping it was just because the AOD bug disrupted it. Will disable the AOD tomorrow and see if it goes back to normal accuracy.

Very very aggravating.....I have tried everything different ways like aod off/on, flick wrist on/off, touch to wake on/off and nothing makes a difference that I can get.

Same issues here,

Came from apple where it just works fine...

Tried reset with backup and tried reset without backup but it does not help..

Called Samsung and they did not know about the problem...

Hope it will be fixed as it is a very irritating bug..

Same issue, it's annoying as I'm timing my workouts on multiple machines at the gym and the screen locks up, touching the screen is a hit or miss. I shouldn't of have updated. Next time there's an update, I might be hesitant to hit the update button.

I had the same issue since updated this morning. I cleated watch cache partition on the watch and it's back as it was before the update.
