Galaxy Watch 8 Series feedback, order, trade-in thread

From someone who owns a Watch Ultra and a Watch 6 Classic, and loves the design of each in its own respect. If what I'm seeing around the the interwebs is true regarding the next Classic taking design cues form the Ultra I'm gonna ask right now for someone to please put a stop to the madness. My Ultra is my daily driver that I throw a case on if I'm going on a more grimy active mission. But the 6 Classic is my head turner when I'm suited up and want to keep that energy rocking down to my wrist. Silver Classic with a metal band, fugidaboudit. Round watches are still cool and Classic ain't Classic if it has a new school form factor. Give me a ROUND 8 Classic the way its supposed to look, and also a Watch Ultra2 with a rotating bezel. Boom! Everyone's happy.

I posted this on X and the customer support rep who DM'd me encouraged me to post this on the Samsung community.  The following band sizing guide PDF document that can be downloaded from the Galaxy Watch8 product page was created with the wrong page size of 22.7" x 29.6" so it can't be printed in it's "Actual Size" on 8.5" x 11" paper as indicated in the printing instructions.

In order to get it to print at the correct size, I had to print it using Custom Scale set to 38% (not 100%).  This document needs to be fixed by Samsung AS SOON AS POSSIBLE otherwise people may end up ordering the wrong size Watch8 band size.

I've attached 3 screenshots below to prove that what I stated above is true.

1. The top of the PDF showing the printing instructions. 
2. The print dialog box showing "Actual size" printing option, the PDF having the wrong document size of "22.7x29.6in". the paper size set for printing set to 8.5x11 inches and the print preview showing how little of the document will print at "Actual size" on the 8.5x11 inch paper. 
3. The print dialog box showing "Custom Scale 100%" printing option and the print preview showing that the same amount of the document will print as the "Actual size" option.

I have a feeling that whoever created the PDF band sizing guide thought they were entering the paper size in centimeters instead of inches because 22.7x29.6 centimeters is about 8.94x11.65 inches which is close to 8.5x11 inch paper size.

Before someone assumes this must be "user error", I assure you it's not.  I've been working in tech for a long time and the screenshots below show that I know how to print it at 100% scale.

Here is the screenshot of the print dialog box with the "Actual Size" option selected.  I circled the document size 22.7 x 29.6in and the paper size 8.5x11 inches.  Please note the white area of the print preview is the only part that will print.

Personally I wish Samsung would just get one thing fixed on the ultra. We haven't purchased one simply because the idiots decided to make the bands proprietary. My spouse has to buy two metal watch bands with links from original watch bands then combine them. Yes, being 6'6" and big doesn't allow him to use off the shelf bands unless they have links that can be combined. Samsung loses money by narrowing it's market to just those with perfect bodies.

UPDATE: Got a email saying to try and order last night. I reordered the Watch 8 Ultra and today CANCELLED for uncompleted trade ins (<< from the previous cancelled orders).

Again If you cancel your order this year, even to change colors or size, you wont be able to reorder in time for the Pre Order sales.

Well I ordered the Watch Ultra 3 more times and everytime it says i have Multiple trades in not completed.

I literally cant spend my money with samsung over a  glitch (when order's cancel the trade ins dont.

I preorderd the Galaxy 8 Watch Classic LTE and I'm looking forward to it. Are any one of you in the same?

I decided to pre-order it mainly because of the pre-order sales and the watch looks really good so I'd be stupid to NOT get it.
