Galaxy Watch 6

Just purchased the galaxy watch 6 and the built in bitmoji watch face does not function properly. My bitmoji won't load. I contacted Samsung Customer Care and went through trouble shooting steps and nothing worked.

I thought it was just happening to mine. It has to be a system bug.
