(Feedback/Recommendations) : Ordering from Samsung.com Experience?

Hi everyone! 

Anyone ever ordered directly from Samsung.com? If so, how was the process for you and did it take a long time to ship your order?

I order all the time and normally have my item within a couple of days from the time I check out.  But it depends if you order on a Friday since that will add a couple of days to the processing and shipping times.  The website is my preferred method of purchasing from Samsung

I ordered there it's ok as long as u don't have problem with ur phone. Then it's a NIGHTMARE! Trust I'm dealing with it now .

@Ash_E I order from Samsung.com all the time. I haven't purchased a Samsung product anywhere else in years. Probably the last time I purchased elsewhere was when I bought my first Samsung in 2016. 

Most of the time I get the item in a few days.

Okay, thank you for responding as well. It was my first time doing so, and I thought about asking for experience from fellow Samsung users.
