I bought a new Galaxy 8 FE 5 days ago, but the loudspeaker is unclear. So, the buyer, Partner Israel, sent it for repair within 7 days. They will return a repaired watch or a new one, as I paid for. What has happened to Samsung's quality? How can such a primitive defect not be recognized? I will not buy more Samsung products

Galaxy WatchAny individual piece of hardware or component of the hardware can be defective. That the luck of the draw gave you an imperfect device is unfortunate. I am quite sure that every single device manufactured is not individually tested for all that can go wrong. Quality control always relies on random sampling. You had your watch repaired/replaced under the warranty. That's all you can expect.
