Does auto-switch work with the new watches?

Wearable app does not have auto switch feature.

1. Open the wearable app.
2. Click the icon which has 2 squares and 2 circles near the bottom middle of the screen. 
3. Click the 3 dot menu in upper right.
4. Click on Settings.
5. You will see Auto switch listed.

It seems that some people don't have this. I'm not sure if it is a regional thing or not.

When I had a Watch 6 and Watch 7 that option was listed. When I replaced my 6 for another 7 it was no longer available.

I do now. Had to uninstall and reinstall.
