Hi  Team

I have a Galaxy Watch 4 and have enabled the "Galaxy Wearable" app for notifications. I also turned on the "Mute connected phone" feature. However, when I receive a call on my phone, it still displays on the watch. I try to mute the ringing using the button and placing my palm on the watch screen, but nothing happens.

FYI:- Previously, It was working, pressing any button muted the call ringing in the phone

I have one plus phone

Galaxy manager version :- 2.2.11.24111151

Please help me to get this fixed

Thanks

Muting the connected phone only means the notifications will only appear on the watch, not the phone while connected, not vice versa. This does not apply to phone calls. Call will ring on both the watch and phone and be handled by the device you answer on. If you do not want the watch to have a ring sound, just turn the ringer volume off/vibrate in the watch's quick panel.

Thanks for your response! I understand that 'Mute connected phone' only applies to notifications and not phone calls. However, my issue is that previously, pressing any button on my watch would mute the call ringing on my phone, but now that’s not happening.

I’ve tried using the side buttons and placing my palm on the watch screen, but the phone keeps ringing. This was working fine before, so I’m wondering if something changed in an update or if there’s a setting I might be missing.

Do you have any suggestions on how to restore this functionality?

I don't really know, I've never attempted to mute the phone from my watch. I either answer or dismiss the call. Why keep it ringing if I'm not going to answer? It will go to to voicemail either way.
