Galaxy WatchI purchased the Galaxy 4 watch in June '24 and since October '24 I have been using it to swim. I was happy to be able to check my laps and HR in between laps or when I took a break.
Since the last update in January, I'm not able to do this anymore, as the screen related to the physical activity, in my case swimming, is not longer visible after a few seconds. Instead, to see the activity, I have to remove the water block, then navigate to the physical activity screen, click on Swimming and only then I can see the details. This is lengthy and complex to do with wet hands.
What I've tried so far:
- rebooting
- deleting the cache of Wear and Samsung health and then rebooting
- removing any battering saving settings and then rebooting
- turning AoD on and off (rebooting each time)
- cleaning the sensor (there is no visible blocker)
Everything is tracked perfectly well, at the end of a workout I can see my heart rate and laps etc (although it gets all of the strokes wrong, but I don't care). But during the exercise, I can check anything, which is unnerving as I have a meters goal in mind and a HR below which I want to stay and I'd like to be able to check where I am mid workout, as I was able to do so before.
