Not sure if this exists or can even exist but I would love to connect my work iPhone to my Samsung phone/watch so I can get notifications on my watch for things like text or email.

Openbubbles is an option for receiving iMessage/Facetime on Android. Be aware that Apple has a history of shutting down these kind of workarounds, so it may not be a long-term solution.
As for email, your best bet is to log in to your work email on your galaxy phone.
But, why would you want to put anything work related on your personal device? If your company supplies a device, you should use that. When you are not at work, you are on your own time and your company phone can be turned off. Putting work related stuff on a personal device compels people to work for free by acting on whatever notification comes up. If a company does not supply a device, for me, the answer has been and would still be, "not in this lifetime".
