Adjust my height to correct value

I have S10 phone and Galaxy watch 4 and account on Samsung and Samsung Health. Where do I change my height? I've been going around in circles trying to find my data and nothing in any help pages relates to  what is presented on my devices or any web page I have access to.

It is a bit of a nightmare really

1. On your phone, open Samsung Health
2. Click the My page in lower right corner. 
3. Next to your picture, click the Edit on the right side.
4. Click on where your height is listed. 
5. Change your height to the correct value and click Done. 
6. Click Save

I had the same issue when I was syncing my Galaxy Watch 4 with Samsung Health, it’s not very intuitive. On your Galaxy S10, open the Samsung Health app, tap the three dots in the top-right corner → Settings → Profile, and that’s where you can edit your height and weight. If you’re logged into the same Samsung account on your watch, the updated height should sync automatically.

I actually ran into this because I was testing my own Height Comparison Chart and wanted my smartwatch data to match exactly, so once I updated it in Samsung Health, it synced perfectly across devices.
