Samsung's current Studio *video editor on the Galaxy s25 Ultra doesn't give users the option to add pictures to videos. It only allows you to add stickers. Please bring this feature back. I had the ability to insert pictures in my videos, back when I had the Galaxy s10. The s25 Ultra
no longer offers that feature. If I select the gallery tab it only allows me to add stickers, not a fully uncompressed image as was the case with my s10.

IIRC, that feature in no longer part of Studio. There are 3rd party apps that can do that that can be gotten in the Play Store, like CapCut, Kinemaster that I found.

@TheDriveCDL3 The ability is still there, just a little awkard to access.

  1. Click the sticker icon in the edit toolbar.
  2. Click on the Gallery icon.
  3. Click Create sticker
  4. Choose the picture that you want to use.
  5. Click Reselect in the upper right
  6. Now, just click Next. Now the entire picture will be selected.
  7. Apply any style you want or just leave it as original. Then click Done.
  8. Now you can place and resize the picture on the video.

i did that already and it compresses the image. on my Galaxy s10 it did not compress the image. this is a $1300 phone i shouldnt need a third party app and they need to reactivate the old feature that allowed for uncompressed images. social media content creators need this feature. but thank you for your feedback, i just hope they add the old formula back

What do you mean by it compressing the image?

I don't see any compression happening when I try it.

i tried to add a screenshot of txt from tw*tter, f*cebook, or a news article. when i inserted the screenshot the letters became squiggly as if the image was compressed.

I tried many different scenarios. I found that this can happen, and is expected if the screenshot dimensions are larger than the video dimensions and you have scaled the screenshot down. Slight re-scaling was fine. Even rotating was fine.
