Galaxy S25@Eric85 Apologies for mentioning the beta as it was not ever mentioned in the OP or the title, so ignore that.
Anyway, with the latest response it seems that possibly the USB device may not be compatible with with the S25. I have seen this before. We have an older USB A - C adapter for example and it will not work on my S25U or my S22U, but it will connect to my wife's S21U. My suggestion is to get a device that will work with the S25 as USB storage drives are fairly inexpensive. Then use the current storage device and store the files on the other S series phone that will work with it, then connect the newer storage device to that, copy those same files to it, then connect that to the S25U and transfer the files as needed. Just remember to always unmount storage devices form the phone by either unmounting it in the system or powering down the phone, then removing it.

Galaxy S25If it worked before (I missed that part), but it does work on another device that is not the S25, and that is after the most recent update? When was the last update on the device that the card will function and can be read?
The only thing I can think of is that the updated firmware will not work with the storage device as a recognizable. maybe a form of a firmware/driver regression or a security/settings change of some kind, etc blocking that storage device. I guess until a new storage device is tested, the determination cannot be more defined. If the newer storage device is not recognized, then this will need to be an issue opened with Samsung support. 1 (800) 726-7864
