So I just bought an S25 Ultra and I'm trying to learn the camera. For some reason, my pics and videos randomly turn upside down while still on the phone and especially when I download them onto the computer. I'm in normal mode so DOF should not apply even though it's turned off. I've tried to duplicate this by taking several photos and turning the phone upside down and it didn't do it when I tried to make it happen. This happens when in landscape position. My old S8 would do the same thing except the videos were sideways. I've gone in settings and tried everything I could find on it with no luck. Any ideas?
My problem with photos on my new s25ultra first thing my camera always takes videos even if l press photo. But my husband was trying to help me get color back on screen and now all my pictures look like b l ack and white negatives anyone know how k can get it back?
