How can I tell the battery health? The factory capacity is 4000mah, but the battery gets weaker as time goes on.

Apple iPhone tells you current maximum capacity and charge cycle count. Does Samsung show you any of these information?

Samsung does not currently show this information. You can use a third-party app called AccuBattery.

It's not clear if the battery tab in settings is showing factory capacity or current capacity. I see the number is exactly same as the advertised capacity of the phone.

You see, basically nothing in the battery diagnostic page, only good, normal or attention needed.

Do you know what each grade means? What's good, normal, and attention ranges?

According to a Google search, Good is supposed to be rated at 75-100%, Normal is supposed to be rated for 55-75% (ridiculous metric IMO) attention need I guess would be below 55% ( another ridiculous metric)
