Galaxy S25The screenshots are stored in the location you set them to be stored. The default is DCIM/screenshots or DCIM/screen recordings (for screen recordings). You can go to settings/advanced features/screenshots and screen recordings and change the location, but there really is no need to. You can also just locate the picture in your gallery and share it with your computer. If your photos are backing up to Google, you can go to photos.google.com and download the image to your computer and then delete it (it will delete from both Google and your phone.

Galaxy S25If you have a Windows PC
Plug the phone in to the computer make sure you swipe down the notification panel and toggle USB to file transfer
Open Phone Settings
Security and Privacy
You may need to Toggle off Auto Blocker to see Internal Storage on your Computer
Now your ready
Now open Windows Explorer
On the Right you will see your S25 listed click it
You will now see Internal Storage click on that
Open the DCIM Folder and you should see a Screenshot folder
Highlight what you want to copy and copy to the desired location on your pc
