One UI 8.5 won't officially release until sometime after the S26 launch next year.

Still on Samsung servers!
The Beta opened on Dec 8th, there will be 4 or 5 Beta builds. That takes us well into January at least. It will debut on the S S26 series in Q1 of 2026.
