Since Spectrum uses Verizon, you won't get it, 'cause Verizon usually doesn't participate in one ui Beta Program.

The Beta is live for S25 Series!

Your device has to end in "U1" not "U". U means a carrier device. The only carrier that participates in Samsung's Beta program is 

T-Mobile! FULLSTOP!

I have an unlocked USA S25 Ultra but I do not have a USA SIM, I am not in USA, there are some tricks to join the beta.
