Good Day,
I have recently purchased a new S25 Ultra, so far all is OK except for the video issue.
Almost every morning, all videos on my phone won't work!
either videos/stories on apps like Instagram, whatsapp, facebook ...etc. Even Videos stored in the gallery wont play!
This of course is solved by a reset, but c'mon i wont restart my phone every morning!
Will be glad if someone would help out with this issue because it's really irritating, and I would definitely think to get rid of the phone an revert back to iPhone!

Galaxy S25Try setting those apps to having unrestricted access to power usage as that may be causing them to go to sleep disrupting video feature from operating as the sleep function is used primarily to save battery power. Go to Settings/Battery, and turn off Power saving. While there, open the "Background usage limits" and see if those apps are in the sleep mode and add them to "Never auto sleeping apps" open that up and using the "+" sign to add the apps in question.

Galaxy S25@aelokr I haven't seen this issue.
As a troubleshooting step, you could boot into safe mode before you go to bed. In the morning check if the videos are working while still booted in safe mode. If they work properly, you have some 3rd party software causing a conflict.

I already opened a ticket with Samsung Support and they should be contacting me soon, so let's see!
BTW, do you think that backup/restore the system can do any good?

I seem to have figured out the issue: its the RAM Plus feature!
I had it disabled just before I start having the video issue, mostly to minimize battery drain.
Yesterday I enabled it again, and so far so good š
Update: The issue came back again, I handed the phone to the customer care for a "motherboard" replacement as they said!
For me, no more Samsung anymore!
