Galaxy S25
Is anyone else having issues with getting their fitbit to sync back up with their phone since the new update? My S25+ did an update Wednesday and ever since I can't get my fitbit to sync up. Gone through all the deleting/restarting/reinstalling but still nothing.

โ Run diagnostics.
Open the Support tab in the Samsung Members app and run device diagnostics. This can help rule out hardware issues and make sure everything is in working order. Bluetooth in particular is imperative in this case.
โ Follow Samsungโs Best Practices Guide.
In particular, clearing device cache is an important practice in order to clean up junk files and keep things running smooth.
See the guide here: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=Shar...
โ Use Samsungโs Good Guardians.
Download Good Guardians and run its various modules, particularly app Booster to re-optimize your apps for your device and its currwnt software version. These modules optimize performance and can identify unusual behavior.
Download Good Guardians here: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.android.samsung.utilityapp
โ Make sure your watch software is up to date as well.
โ Contact the app's developer.
If issues persist, send an error report to the developer of the app in question. The app may need to be updated for compatibility or to correct some other error.

As Google owns Fitbit, you should contact Google; they might help you. I had to factory reset my Fitbit Sense on my A16 5G. It kept disconnecting from the app. All I couldn't connect to was Alexa, but I haven't contacted Amazon yet. So this is becoming frustrating for me
