Galaxy S25Hello usern6ZtUOUaen, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your frustrations with your device not connecting to your hearing aids via Bluetooth after a recent update. Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your device? After every update we recommend clearing your cache partition: with your device powered off press and hold the power button and the volume up button together at the same time until the Samsung logo appears, then release the power button, select clear cache partition and reboot your device normally. Also ensure that there is not a third party app causing you not to be able to connect: Booting your Samsung Galaxy into Safe mode | Samsung CA
Next ensure that your hearing aids are in pairing mode, Open settings, select Accessibility, tap Hearing Enhancements and Hearing Aid Support, tap Bluetooth hearing aids and select connect. Select your hearing aids from the list and select pair.
If you are still having issues connecting please refer to your hearing aid manufacture support.
