Samsung could showcase its latest mobile phone designs to the public so they can choose the best one.

We vote with our wallets when products are released.

We vote by making suggestions in forums and by sending feedback.

A totally democratic company run by consumers would be a total nightmare, and there's no way it could possibly succeed.

However, Samsung offers more avenues for user input than most others. You're using one of those avenues right now.
