So, they have announced the beta is available to s25 owners. Well, they don't say it, but not all s25 users. They left one off on the list it has the same hardware as the ultra but it seems to never fail I end up owning the one they don't add to the list. The Galaxy S25 edge is not on the list and I can say for sure it has missed both the 8 and 8.5 Betas .

I know you are disappointed, but they explicitly say which devices are eligible.

Carrier locked devices and devices outside of current gen S/+/U models are never initially included in betas.

The beta is also not available for the S25 FE. So it's not all phone models except yours.

I assume the FE and Edge are not included because they are on a separate release cycle

exactly true, plus they generally go with devices that are basically the majority sold on the market, as the s25 edge or s25fe were from different release cycles but internally they have similarities, so they should be compatible as fold and flip is a little different inside than the s line and stuff like that vice versa so they usually take the newest device from each lineup and put those through beta and usually go factory unlocked or T-Mobile as those are the majority of devices out there and from there they know that there's less compatibility issues as both are covered meaning factory unlocked and carrier locked models but yeah it's always been like that since it was a different release cycle the next one's up should be the fold & flip 7 series after which will more than likely be the upper a series model followed by the engine Fe models....at least been like that for years in other beta tests

Agreed. I have the Edge and its mind boggling to me that Sammy excluded a $1K device from the beta. 🙄

they didn't, eventually prolly will happen just different time frame release, the model this year was s25's followed by Fold/Flip 7s, afterwhich jumps back and forth but usual format on One UI betas with Samsung...
