S25 ultra Camera vibrates or shakes while switching between 1.0x and 0.6x lens

I just bought my new Galaxy almost four weeks ago, and today I noticed that the image is shaking or vibrating when I'm recording and I try to switch between the 1.0x and 6.0x lenses. It has never been dropped or damaged, so this issue is unusual. Let me know if anyone else is having the same problem. I've attached a video so you can see what I mean.

I am having the same issue. The screen shakes terribly. Have to exit camera app to fix it. But it started after recent android update.

Update: i reached out to customer service and they advised me to walk in or get appointment with service shop. They wont give replacement mobile. The repair it self could be done in a day or 3-5 business days

That's suck 😕 would be better to get a new replacement because is no be in use even 3 monts to staring whit faulty components

I hate this phone. The only reason I bought it my son talked me into it because he likes Samsung phones. I wished I had trusted my instincts and stayed with the iPhone. That's the phones I've always had. I've had this phone 10 months and still hate it.

I just got the Galaxy S25 Ultra as a birthday gift for my husband, and he's only had it for 3 days and the phone is already having issues with the camera moving quite awkwardly when making video calls. I'm ready to return it, I'm not going to wait for more problems to arise.

Is anyone else's S25 Ultra back Camera jittering when you open it?

I will open the camera and it shakes and makes a rattling sound. If i zoom in and out, it will often stop, but when i try to go to .6 it will often start again. 

I bought this phone for the fancy camera, and now its not working. 

I reset the camera settings, but it is still doing it. 

I attached a .6 of it shaking while i stand perfectly still and gently taping the screen to try and focus. The entire time the camera was making a loud rattling noise. 

Any help or tips would be appreciated. I will be taking it to best buy shortly to see if they can help.

Clearing the camera app's cache can sometimes resolve performance issues.Reset settings: Try resetting the camera app to its default settings. 

Clean the lens: Dust or smudges on the lens can interfere with autofocus. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean it.

I have same issue after June update. Have done all clearing and resetting. Never had this problem before June update!

Same here! Mine JUST started doing it this past weekend. Never had issues before.
