I got the new s25 plus and most all is good. Video audio is good while filming indoors but when filming outside in any kind of wind the audio is terrible. Almost like it completely drowns out your voice. Sounds muffled to the point you can't understand what is being said. And it only does this in the Samsung camera app. When filming in other apps, the audio is fine. I shoot content outdoors on bike rides and this is very disappointing. I never had this issue with my s21. I reset the camera settings and reset the phone and it still didn't fix the issue. I bought this phone for the video qualities and I'm incredibly disappointed.
Hi! I found a solution for my problem. I replaced my first Galaxy s25 for this issue. The second one had the same problem with the sound on outdoor videos. The problem was that during the setup of the S25 I did a complete transferring of my data from my last mobile. With the new Galaxy I did a manually setup not copying data from old device and now everything works well.
I found another problem that causes this issue. If you have a camera protector, take it off and try again filming a video. I tested with the protector and the sound was terrible in videos, but without it the sound was perfect.
I'm having audio issues when recording concerts, the sound is terrible. I never had this issue with any of my previous phones (Samsung 8+, Iphone, and Google Pixel 3).
