Is this happening to anyone else? Yes, I have contacted Samsung 4x, ATT 3x & submitted feedback. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it? Solution from Samsung. "Return it, buy again." Losing pre-order price and free items. It's an unlocked phone. ATT says not our problem, Samsung says not our problem!

Tmobile lists my s23u as an iphone se, pixle 7, and an lg velvet it alternates every few days lol

I agree, it's weird and a little annoying but as many have said it really doesn't affect anything so I wouldn't stress too much about it

My phone is unidentified by ATT but it works just fine. It too came up as Pixel 7a and I had to call them to get my esim to work.

I stil have no 5g on AT&T after 3 esim changes and AT&T and samsung blaming each other. I feel it's all AT&T's issue.
