I have the s25 plus. I bought it 4 days ago but the sound quality is very disturbing. Especially the notification and call sounds are like they are exploding. It is as if the sounds are coming from a can. This has nothing to do with the equalizer settings. I demand that this be fixed with the first update. Also, there is no bass in the sounds.
Once again, the focus of this forum is peer-to-peer help for U.S. products and services. This is not Samsung support.
Since you do not have a U.S. model phone and you are not in the U.S., you cannot put in an error report/send feedback in this app the way U.S. users can. The only way to get your feedback to the Samsung developers would be to find a forum in your country through the link provided in my previous post. Samsung developers do not react or respond to requests/demands/suggestions posted in the user forums. And, the U.S. developers cannot assist with problems with your hardware.

Usually, when one finds a problem right out of the box, they return the item in question. The fact that you cannot because of laws in your country are an entirely different matter.
