Quick panel buttons are gone and phone keeps restarting in safe and normal mode

I updated my phone yesterday and since then my Quick panel buttons are gone, my phone keeps randomly restarting both in normal and safe modes and I sometimes get an error message regarding my update, see in pictures. What can I do???? Is this happening to anyone else???? Also, even though I am not in airplane mode, the airplane symbol will not go away. Plus my wallpaper picture disappeared and was replaced by stock samsung photo.

That's fine if you want to be harassed by random people.  Your choice.  It's just never a good idea to have it out there in a public forum. I am sure the OP would not like that.  You can do as you will.

Try maybe check for an update if that doesn't work your best go is to probably factory rest the phone.

use samsung cloud to back up everything but settings. use smart switch (i think) to put your data back on the phone after a factory reset. of factory reset doesnt work, you might be entitled to a replacement. they cant blame software corruption on you like they could for a cracked screen
