I've had three different 25 Ultras at this point (Samsung replaced the first one, while I was waiting for the replacement I bought one at Best Buy). This replacement device from Samsung has now been completely rebuilt with fresh internal hardware by their service team and I am STILL having this issue.

Cache has been cleared, hard resets have been done, it happens with or without a case on. I'm at a loss. Seems like it could be an app or account issue? Anyone have theories, I'm willing to test anything at this point because obviously something I'm doing is the problem and Samsung over the phone or in their Experience Store have not been helpful (but haven't been bad to deal with, despite not fixing my problems, lol). I am using Smart Switch only for my contacts, no apps or customization.

I discovered that the issue was triggered whenever one specific person texted me. SMS or RCS message. They have an up-to-date Samsung S24. I have them message me on WhatsApp and I don't have the issue anymore. I don't know what the problem is and no one has been able to tell me what causes it, but I've been error-free for 6 months now 🫠

@Hypochic I would suspect that you are loading a malicious 3rd party app on your phone. The odds of having 3 phones act the same way are extremely slim.

I've been in to a Samsung Experience store and I've had it examined by techs for a mail in: no apps have been flagged (and I've done experiementing with clearing cache and it doesn't help either). Last chat with Samsung Support has reccommended I get an appointment with a technician so that will be tomorrow.

Last factory reset lasted me 4.5 days before the flicker>restart>repeat>launch in SafeMode SystemUI. It's very frustrating! I haven't transferred any data from previous devices. No one has been able to tell me what's wrong ‌😞‌ I just want a functional phone

I'm having this exact issue.  Originally had the issue on a Samsung S23.  Assumed it was a hardware issue. Traded that phone in for a brand new S25.  Did transfer all of my apps & contacts (made sure there were no suspicious apps, just main stream).  Now the issue has transferred to my new S25.  Sometimes it does it a couple times per day, sometimes it goes a few days between restarts.  Any solutions yet?  Thank you,

I purchased my Samsung Z Fold 7, 1TB internal memory, 16GB RAM just two months ago. I mainly use it for work/business. I am having the same issues. My phone screen goes on and off every second and then reboots. I was just watching a YouTube video when all or the sudden this started happening. I have limited access to my phone but I see a message on the top left corner of my phone that reads "SafeMode SystemUI". I've tried restarting my phone and it still goes back to the same I also went through the recovery menu to reboot the system, I also cleared the cache partition and still running into this issue. I called tech support and their advise was to wait 24-48 hours for a patch to fix the bugs but if this doesn't work, I'll need to do a factory reset which I am worried about because I have not been able to back up my data due to this issue. Has anyone been through the same issues and found a solution? Please let me know. I am going to an authorized tech store tomorrow. If I find a solution I will post it here too. Thanks!
