I never set up esim 2. Realized something was wrong when I tried going onto Samsung request repair for other problems and it showed esim1 and that there is an issue. Also noticed that device administration apps shows secure folder with a secure mark as being on and i cant change it. Other options that are off are find hub normal and secure. Normal link to Windows, and outlook device policy normal and secure. Is it normal to have two gallery apps with secure mark?
The S938U is a designation for a locked device and that would have to be one of the major carriers that provided the device. I would think that they would be most responsible for this particular issue along with any admin apps as well.
