Notification sound every 3 minutes

Why is my Samsung s25 Ultra making a notification with nothing showing every 3 minutes even when my do not disturb is on?

Turn off notification reminders in settings

You can also choose which apps you want to turn on notification reminders for or even change the interval (3, 5, 10, or 15 mins). There is no option to set the number of repetitions before stopping completely, though.
